These terms apply to the fixed-price digital packages offered by Object Bloom. Last updated September 15, 2026.

Your purchase

Your chosen package’s checkout page specifies the deliverables, price and exclusions. Payment is collected in full through ClickCraft, operated by GOOD GUY INVESTMENTS, LLC. Object Bloom handles your project at hello@objectbloom.com. This is a custom digital service, not a physical item or subscription.

References and timing

Supply accurate references, dimensions where needed, usable model files for the image package, and permission to use every file you send. We check for missing information and confirm the production start and estimated delivery by email. Published timeframes are estimates from receipt of complete, usable references; review time and requested changes may extend them. Contact us before purchasing if you need a guaranteed deadline.

Scope and changes

Each package covers one product and the listed deliverables. One revision round means one combined list of changes to the agreed brief. A different product, new views, a new finish or a change in the design is additional work and requires your agreement to a separate quote. We will not charge extra automatically. Browser demonstrations with complex assemblies are custom projects, not examples of what is included in the simple-model package.

If your project does not fit

Before production, if references are unusable or the request falls outside the package, we explain the issue. You can supply the missing materials, accept a separately agreed scope and price, or receive a full refund. We do not begin out-of-scope work without agreement.

Cancellation and delivery

You may request a full refund before production begins. After production starts, contact us to resolve cancellation based on work already completed and any applicable consumer rights. Final files are delivered by download link after the included review. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will offer a remedy or refund for the undelivered work.

Usage rights and accuracy

Once paid, you may use the delivered original assets commercially for your business. Any third-party restrictions will be disclosed and agreed before those assets are used. Editable production source files are not included unless listed in the package. A visualization model is not engineering-validated, manufacturing-ready or print-tested unless separately agreed and validated. Accuracy depends on the supplied references.
