What to send for a 3D project.

For a product: show every side.

• Photograph the front, back, left, right and top. Include the underside if it will be visible.
• Use even light, keep the product in focus and avoid filters. Include close-ups of joints, texture, seams and labels.
• Provide overall width, depth and height, with units. Add key dimensions such as base diameter or leg thickness.
• Identify each finish. Attach material references and explain which parts change color.
• If available, include CAD or an existing model and tell us which version is current. We check compatibility before agreeing a format.

For a space: connect the plan to the photos.

Send a measured floor plan, ceiling heights, door and window dimensions, and photos of each wall. Label photos by room and viewing direction. For exterior or landscape visualization, add site dimensions, levels, boundaries and planting or material references. Identify what exists and what is proposed.

We review scope and missing information before promising an accurate reconstruction. Visualization files do not replace architectural, survey or engineering documents.

Tell us what you want to receive.

• 3D files: where they will be used, required format and whether editable source files are needed.
• Images: number of views, background or setting, image dimensions and intended use.
• Video: approximate length, orientation, movement and a reference for pacing. Say whether audio is needed.
• Interactive: your website platform, required devices, product options and any external integrations.

Keep your files easy to understand.

Use folders such as Product photos, Measurements, Materials and Output references. Give files plain names such as lamp-front.jpg and lamp-dimensions-mm.pdf. Keep one clearly labeled current version; separate inspiration from the exact product we must match.

For the first enquiry, an optional private reference link is enough. After review, we arrange a project folder and access. You do not need to make your files public. If your link requires access, share it with hello@objectbloom.com or tell us how access should be arranged.
