A few useful answers.

Can you work from photos or floor plans?

Often, yes. Photos and dimensions help establish a product; measured plans and heights help establish a space. We review missing angles, hidden details and assumptions before agreeing accuracy and scope. Visualization does not replace construction or engineering documents.

What’s the difference between a video and a tour?

A video is an MP4 with a planned sequence. People watch it. An interactive experience runs in a browser and lets people use agreed controls, such as room navigation or finish changes. Browser graphics are optimized separately from high-resolution renders.

Can it go on my website?

Many websites can include a browser-based viewer. We review your platform, device requirements and hosting. Live pricing, checkout and other external integrations are separately scoped.

What can I add, and what needs a separate review?

Extra views, finish variants, a product turntable and simple browser controls can be scoped with your project. AR, live pricing, checkout, complex moving parts and external integrations need a technical check first. We agree the achievable visual quality from your references; a photo alone cannot establish hidden details or exact measurements.

How do revisions and file ownership work?

The written scope sets the review rounds and approval stages. Extra designs or changes to approved work are quoted before we proceed. It also identifies your usage rights, editable source files, licensed assets and any hosting or support costs. You approve previews before final production.

When do I pay?

Our standard schedule is 50% after you approve the quote, before production, and 50% after you approve the previews, before final delivery. Your quote confirms the milestones and any project-specific terms. Payment is arranged by invoice, not through this enquiry form.

Payments are invoiced through ClickCraft, operated by GOOD GUY INVESTMENTS, LLC. Your card statement will show CLICKCRAFT. For your Object Bloom project, contact hello@objectbloom.com.

How much does a project cost?

A web-ready product starts at $1,500 USD for one simple model, up to three finish files, two images, one review round and a file guide; website installation is separate. Our product launch set starts at $3,500 USD for one agreed model, up to three finishes, six images total and two review rounds. Smaller options start at $350 for one image from a usable supplied model, or $950 for a simple concept model with two images. Each includes one finish and one revision round. The $350 option uses a plain background; new modeling or model repair is extra. Complexity, scenes, video and integration affect the price. You approve the written scope before paying.
